In 1994 Robert Kraemer und Thomas Russell founded interface concept team, an agency for consulting and conceptual design of interactive media in the fields of corporate training, marketing and sales.
In cooperation with leading teachware companies and as a general contractor of project specific networks interface concept team implemented numerous projects and consulting assignments for well-known companies at national and international level.
In 2000 Robert and Thomas introduced their company to one of the first european start-up e-learning agencies with a proprietary e-learning platform.
The experiences of the pioneer work lead to a spin-off in 2001 in order to found a new company for consulting and cutting-edge solutions in the next generation e-Learning domain: elive Learning Design
